About the role
- Overseeing and coordinating the successful operation of multiple resorts within a designated geographical area.
- Working closely with resort managers, department heads, and corporate executives to ensure the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Implementing the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit, and market share.
- Building owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.
- Ensuring all operations are leveraged and initiating independent and proactive project completion.
Requirements
- Experience working with timeshares and HOA board meetings is preferred.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
- 6 years’ experience in the management operations, marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
- HOA boards and timeshares experience preferred.
