About the role
- Overseeing and coordinating the successful operation of multiple resorts
- Works closely with resort managers, department heads, and corporate executives
- Ensures the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Responsible for business strategy development and execution to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Creates a cohesive and high-performance team by providing feedback and holds them accountable for performance
- Interacts with guests and owners to obtain feedback about their experiences
Requirements
- Must be located in the Central, FL area
- Experience working with timeshares and HOA board meetings is preferred
- Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years’ experience in the management operations, marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
