About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers in Germany and Austria (Monday to Saturday / remote)
  • You handle inquiries primarily via email and chat, and via social media channels when needed
  • You carefully prioritize inquiries and ensure efficient handling in day-to-day operations
  • All inquiries are processed and documented in our ticketing/helpdesk system, HelpScout
  • You review and approve user verifications in accordance with internal guidelines
  • You actively support the maintenance and optimization of our predefined responses and help expand and update our Help Center content.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or support, ideally in written support (email/chat)
  • You communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally — in German & English (very good level in both is required)
  • Technical affinity and curiosity
  • Organized way of working; independent, solution-oriented and conscientious
  • Enjoys working in a team and values open, constructive communication and helpfulness.
