About the role
- Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)
- Support a diverse workforce including employees, EORs and contractors
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and recurring HR operations across multiple countries
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and operational requests
- Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well documented
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role
- Experience in a startup or scale-up is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective communicator
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Desire to create a positive, consistent, and human employee experience
- Fluent in French and English
