• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals.
• Partner with HR team members and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview guides and other supporting documentation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, career fairs, community partnerships, etc.).
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring team feedback, and facilitating offers for roles of varying job levels.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to maintain equitable, compliant, and consistent hiring practices.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately and timely.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including Glassdoor engagement, career site content, and participation in recruiting events.
• Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.

Corporate Recruiter

Payroll

• Compile payroll data and execute on time payroll completion on a biweekly basis.
• Verify and reconcile time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
• Manage employee garnishments, including calculation of deductions and employee notification.
• Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with internal and external peers to accomplish positive customer service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by partnering with ADP and state/local agencies.
• Regularly audit benefit enrollments, including 401k contributions, to ensure accuracy and integrity of benefit deductions.
• Responsible for approving and processing all employee expenses to be reimbursed via payroll, setting up employees in Concur and general administration of the Concur system.
• Primary point of contact and responsible for successful completion 401k audit and 401k administration.
• Responsible for audit support related to payroll function including financial, state, local, workers compensation and others as needed.
• Completion of W2s, 1095s and other regulatory reporting including ACA, EEOC and Economic Survey.
• Reconcile payroll related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Provide analytical support by extracting data out of the HRIS and creating reports to assist with dashboards and management reporting needs as needed including Power BI support.
• Stay abreast of innovations and developments in new technology that may pertain to current HRIS system, payroll and benefits.
• Evaluate use and feasibility and recommend incorporation into department operations; if appropriate.
• Partner with the leadership team and ADP for HRIS implementation and process improvement including feeds from the payroll system to 3rd parties.

Payroll Specialist

Accounts Receivable

• Business to business collections of past due receivables using email and phone calls
• Submit, reconcile and resolve customer payables (Leiters receivables) in customer portals.
• Enlist the efforts of sales managers and accounts receivable manager when necessary to accelerate the collection process as needed
• Review and process new customer account applications as needed
• Process electronic ACH deposits in the bank account and ERP
• Provide customer support and follow-up regarding billing activities and inquiries
• Processing credit and debit memos as needed
• Reconcile accounts and research payment discrepancies
• Enter invoice information in customer portals to bill against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer financial records, including maintaining name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
• Assist with emailing and mailing monthly statements
• Perform standard operating procedures with, forms, and quality control activities including document retention
• Other duties/projects as assigned

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Collections

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to identify and collect past due balances in accordance with Company policy and the collections process.
• Contact customers via phone and email.
• Reconcile accounts and research/resolve payment discrepancies (e.g. mis-posted and misapplied payments).
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes of collection activities, customer communications and Promise-to-Pays.
• Prepare collection status aging reports tracking progress toward collection goals.
• Collaborate with billing, commercial, and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting collection targets.
• Escalate delinquent accounts in accordance with the Escalation Process outlined in the SOP.
• Assist with emailing monthly statements and review/process new customer account applications as needed.
• Work with the Cash Applications team to support application of payments, including ACH, checks and credit cards.
• Assist with the resolution of unapplied payments and the Accounts Receivable email account.
• Support month-end close and audits as needed and support the Accounts Receivable team when and where needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer records in SalesPad and perform SOPs, forms, and quality control activities including document retention.
