About the role

  • Support the R&D organization within the Digital Modernization Sector by developing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional technical and program teams to ensure accurate measurement of program health, milestone progress, resource utilization, and strategic outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Create standardized dashboards and reporting tools to track program health, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support metric definition workshops with technical and program teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses against internal goals and external industry standards where applicable.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by translating data insights into actionable recommendations and after-action reports.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing performance insights and key takeaways.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
  • Have worked in a diverse team environment and been successful in high-stress environments.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a highly complex business environment.
  • Be highly customer-oriented and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in operations to include defining metrics, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in management to include leading a team, logistics planning, and financial management.
  • Proven track record of critical thinking and developing creative problem and hard problem solutions with a focus on outcome-based delivery of meaningful innovations.
  • Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes with the ability to work independently and in teams.
