Develop FAR-compliant material procurement strategies for multiple diverse government projects
Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycle
Implement Leidos corporate purchasing policies and tools
Conduct market research, price-reasonableness analyses, and prepare acquisition documentation
Maintain and utilize a P-Card for appropriate purchases within corporate and customer policies
Prepare and Support materials procurement and disposition audits assessing both internal and external compliance

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field
5 or more years relevant experience
Experience with materials procurement on US government contracts
Deep knowledge of FAR clauses pertaining to procurement and subcontracting
Demonstrated experience preparing and defending procurement documentation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with ERP tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance if needed.
