About the role
- Provide operational support for ongoing user issues and requests for custom application modifications
- Analyze and translate requirements while collaborating with diverse user constituents
- Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging of custom applications
- Manage Salesforce system platform security with best practice implementation
- Actively participate in regular team and client meetings to ensure program needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software development or related field
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development
- Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration, algorithms, and architecture
- Demonstrated skills in translating customer requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Ability to make unanticipated changes to production deliverables with short notice
- Demonstrated understanding of data security for confidential and protected data
