About the role

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and ongoing operations (O&M) of all Total Rewards systems
  • Lead the TR dashboard, analytics, and reporting strategy
  • Establish and manage a structured intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance process
  • Define and drive the annual TR automation and AI roadmap
  • Serve as the functional authority and sponsor for TR-related system projects
  • Lead and develop a team, providing strategic oversight, clear accountability, and professional development
  • Represent Total Rewards at external conferences and vendor forums

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in Human Resources organization
  • Experience within a Total Rewards organization, or on specific Total Rewards projects
  • Prior years experience supervisor/leading teams and/or projects
  • Experience with Workday, Compensation Systems (Pave, Deel, etc), and/or PowerBI Dashboards
