💰 $92,300 - $166,850 per year
About the role
- Responsible for HR strategy and solutions for business portfolios and programs
- Partner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches and daily actions
- Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectiveness
- Leverage HR SMEs from Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Services organization to deliver high-quality, efficient services and solutions to the client
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior HR relevant experience
- Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner
- Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
