Support maintaining accurate software entitlement records
Assist with compliance tracking
Support day-to-day software lifecycle operations
Ensure software licenses are properly recorded, allocated, reconciled, and documented
Assist with closing the backlog of software request tickets
Add and maintain publisher records within ServiceNow SAM Pro
Perform software catalog and product model clean-up activities
Support End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) remediation efforts
Identify low-usage or unused software installations
Execute software reclamation activities
Assist with maintaining accurate entitlement and license records within ServiceNow
Support reporting efforts related to software usage, reclamation, and compliance

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Engineering or related field
US citizenship required
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in IT systems, data management, or asset governance
