About the role

  • Lead a holistic Total Experience model that integrates User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX) to ensure intentional, efficient interactions across all Cloud One service touchpoints.
  • Optimize and automate the onboarding processes for additional applications targeted for migration annually, reducing friction for Mission System Owners (MSOs).
  • Lead mature outreach initiatives to educate Air Force and Space Force customers on Cloud One service offerings, including Infrastructure/Platform as a Service (IaaS/PaaS) and DevSecOps environments.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to analyze holistic schedule data, ensuring MSOs have clear, data-driven insights prior to the migration decision.
  • Champion the Total Experience model, helping customers understand how to leverage Cloud One's pre-built guardrails and achieve their Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements.
  • Create and monitor feedback mechanisms specifically for multi-vendor ecosystems (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) to identify and resolve cross-platform usability issues.
  • Oversee implementation of automated tools for routing support requests and gathering Customer Satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years or more of experience; Master’s and 10+ years or more of experience, additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with specific emphasis on Enterprise-scale cloud operations or large-scale technical project management.
  • Thorough understanding of AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and Oracle National Security Regions, including their specific security domains (IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6).
  • Familiarity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems used within Air Force cloud environments.
  • U.S. Citizen with a current Secret Clearance.
