Design, deploy, and maintain cross domain technology solutions for secure data transfers between NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with system security standards.
Integrate cross domain solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
Lead a team of technical experts, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with DoD RMF.
Develop and maintain documentation for cross domain solutions and processes.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders on cross domain technologies.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cross domain solutions and cybersecurity.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cross domain systems.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR offerings listed in DoD 8140 Training Repository OR GCFA or GCIA
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross domain technology solutions
Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects
Strong understanding of DoD RMF and cybersecurity compliance requirements
Experience with secure data transfer protocols and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Certifications such as Security plus, IAT/IAM Level III
