Lead the development and maintenance of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Drive the program's risk and opportunity management process
Facilitate Risk Management Boards (RMBs) and other key program meetings
Develop and deliver high-quality program status reports, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings
Manage the program's baseline change control process
Serve as a primary point of contact for program control matters
Mentor and provide coaching to junior program analysts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Full understanding of program management and control principles, including scheduling, risk management, and performance analysis within a government contracting environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
