About the role
- Lead the development and maintenance of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Drive the program's risk and opportunity management process
- Facilitate Risk Management Boards (RMBs) and other key program meetings
- Develop and deliver high-quality program status reports, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings
- Manage the program's baseline change control process
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program control matters
- Mentor and provide coaching to junior program analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Full understanding of program management and control principles, including scheduling, risk management, and performance analysis within a government contracting environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
