About the role

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Drive the program's risk and opportunity management process
  • Facilitate Risk Management Boards (RMBs) and other key program meetings
  • Develop and deliver high-quality program status reports, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings
  • Manage the program's baseline change control process
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for program control matters
  • Mentor and provide coaching to junior program analysts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
  • Full understanding of program management and control principles, including scheduling, risk management, and performance analysis within a government contracting environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
