About the role
- Develop creative ways to increase the company’s brand and profile on campus
- Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities
- Work with existing marketing, university, and social media teams
- Support company-wide Talent Outreach initiatives
- Coordinate and attend all campus site visits, job fairs, and speaking events
- Responsible for recruitment of interns, co-ops, and recent graduates
- Develop annual Strategic Recruiting Plan
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate and present candidates to move forward
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0+ years of related experience
- Preferred experience with university relations, corporate recruiting or staffing
- Must be extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Team player with a high sense of urgency
