Provide Functional Leadership and Oversight across Revenue Cycle / Business Operations
Alignment, optimization, and sustainment of administrative and revenue cycle workflows
Serve as the Functional Lead accountable for integration of business operations across MHS GENESIS deployments
Identify, manage, and mitigate interdependencies between clinical and business operations workstreams
Guide functional execution in alignment with DHMSM governance
Oversee functional inputs to gate reviews
Lead identification of functional intersections across optimization initiatives
Monitor cost, schedule, and performance risks and support corrective action planning.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen with an ACTIVE ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance (Tier 3 investigation required).
Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated functional leadership experience across clinical and/or revenue cycle operations within federal healthcare or MHS environments.
Prior experience supporting DHA, DHMSM, DoW, VA, or MHS GENESIS programs.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) deployments, optimization, or sustainment.
Proven ability to lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams in highly governed environments.
Expertise in workflow design and use of workflow designer tools.
Experience facilitating design and adoption sessions.
Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to senior DHA and DoW stakeholders.
