Lead the design and implementation of highly available, enterprise-grade AWS environments
Direct the migration of TWS components from on-premises platforms to AWS-native solutions
Define and enforce global standards for job scheduling, workload streams, dependencies, and disaster recovery
Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform and/or Ansible
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level administrators and engineers

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or platform engineering roles
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
Expert-level proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms
Advanced knowledge of Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS/IWS), version 9.5 or higher
