- Troubleshoot complex problems in a collaborative team environment
- Work in a team split over two locations in different time zones

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Systems Engineering/Administration
- Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems
- Linux Operating System (using command line)
- Experience with system/network monitoring tools, i.e., Cacti, Nagios, Solarwinds
- Linux system administration to manage offline operating system repositories and troubleshoot Linux issues
- Scripting experience (Python, Perl)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional behavior with all stakeholders
- Physical ability to ascend/descend stairs and carry weight up to 50 pounds
