Requirements

Bachelors and 12+ years or more of experience; Masters and 10+ years or more of experience.
Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
US citizenship required.
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2) and one or more cloud certification.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position.
Administration experience with cloud-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience with various cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
Experience onboarding customer log-data from cloud platforms to on-premise or cloud-based analysis environments such as Elastic or Splunk.
