Work with the Transformation Office and Execution Office to execute a multi-year transformation roadmap
Lead and partner with cross-functional teams to re-engineer core business processes (e.g., Invoicing, Procure-to-Pay) to improve velocity and quality
Act as a primary change agent, coaching senior leadership and department heads on adopting new methodologies and mindsets
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the ROI and health of transformation initiatives
Partner with IT and Product teams to ensure the enterprise tech stack (ERP, CRM, etc.) effectively supports optimized workflows
Build partnerships with program teams, analysts and program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)

Requirements

15+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or strategic operations
At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or Agile transformation frameworks
Proven track record of managing $1M+ transformation budgets and delivering measurable bottom-line impact and tangible outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex organizational politics
US citizenship required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
