About the role
- Draft, expand, refine, and edit technical documents tailored for various audiences
- Interact with technical team members for content development
- Standardize documentation where appropriate
- Provide project management services for assigned projects
- Establish and maintain necessary controls, oversight, documentation, and reporting functions
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a technical field in English/Journalism/Project Management
- Minimum 4-8 years’ relevant experience in technical writing and/or project management
- Strong ability to quickly and effectively gather requirements and perform research
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
