Research, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances and adjustments
Review inventory transactions and cycle count results to ensure system accuracy
Partner with warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), Procurement, and Planning to resolve inventory issues
Support inbound, outbound, in-transit, and quarantine inventory processes across locations
Maintain accurate inventory records, support audits and physical inventories, and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

Ability to learn and adapt to various ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience supporting inventory control, material management, or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
