About the role
- Automating changes to environments using tooling such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Overseeing an AWS and Salesforce based environment
- Supporting maintenance, release activities, and troubleshooting of any Production issues
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in support of program objectives
- Mentoring other members of the DevOps team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years supporting complex AWS environments
- AWS cloud infrastructure expertise
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Experience with Salesforce-based solutions
- Experience with IVR solutions like Amazon Connect
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English
