Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical pillars (AI, Data, Intelligent Automation, etc.).
Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
Conduct 'as-is' process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined 'to-be' processes.
Build partnerships with business users, technical leads, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.
Work with data owners and technical teams to analyze data sources and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Partner with QA and business users to define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a technology or data-centric organization.
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and creating business and functional documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
