About the role
- Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical pillars (AI, Data, Intelligent Automation, etc.).
- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Conduct 'as-is' process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined 'to-be' processes.
- Build partnerships with business users, technical leads, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.
- Work with data owners and technical teams to analyze data sources and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Partner with QA and business users to define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a technology or data-centric organization.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and creating business and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
