About the role
- Produce detailed system drawings, network schematics, interface control diagrams (ICDs), and equipment integration layouts in support of SE&I activities.
- Translate engineering concepts, requirements, and technical data into compliant documentation and visual design artifacts.
- Support architecture development under Army NETCOM and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks.
- Maintain version control of drawings, ensuring traceability within the Configuration Management (CM) process.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, network engineers, and program integrators.
Requirements
- US Citizen with a Secret security clearance
- DoD 8570 certifications
- IAT II, OS
- Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting technical drafting within a DoD or government contracting environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or other CAD/diagramming tools
- Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration processes
