About the role
- Facilitates and leads daily Value Analysis activities within the Value Analysis team
- Focuses on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization
- Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to evaluate products, services and technologies
- Provides leadership, training, and support to colleagues involved in Value Analysis initiatives
- Proactive communication with clinical, operational and supply chain colleagues
- Facilitates meeting activities supporting the value analysis committees
- Drives accountability within the value analysis team ensuring deadlines are met
- Builds relationships across the health care continuum to drive change
- Reviews internal value analysis processes and identifies areas for improvement and efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
- 10 years of clinical experience within the acute care setting
- 5 years demonstrated leadership experience
- 2 years of Value Analysis experience
- Working knowledge of Value Analysis processes and methodology
- Proven decision-making ability
- Ability to handle risk and uncertainty
- Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities
- Ability to perform clinical research
- RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
