  • Conceptualize and write high-converting copy for digital ads and landing pages.
  • Create persuasive product detail pages and targeted email marketing sequences to activate customers.
  • Develop and implement an effective content marketing strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research and produce SEO-optimized copy.
  • Manage copy for our social media channels with a focus on engagement and reach.
  • Independently maintain, structure, and publish all content in our CMS.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic and video specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting skills: Proven experience writing conversion-oriented marketing copy.
  • Strong content marketing and SEO knowledge: Able to develop content strategies, perform keyword research, and optimize content for search.
  • Creativity and command of style: Excellent, error-free German (C2) and the ability to make complex topics simple and emotionally engaging.
  • Digital marketing mindset: You think in KPIs, customer journeys, and performance.
  • Tool proficiency: Confident working with common digital tools, especially CMS platforms.
  • AI-supported content optimization: You use modern AI tools to support research, brainstorm new content ideas, generate initial drafts, and increase efficiency in the copywriting process.
  • Basic knowledge of design & video: Understand requirements for creating image and video assets to work efficiently with design teams.
  • Experience in community management and working with various social media platforms.
