About the role
- Understand and improve client experience
- Supervise team managers and help them grow the company
- Direct marketing strategies and monitor effectiveness
- Monitor sales, reorders, and lead conversion rates
- Occasionally work directly with clients to understand processes
- Contribute to company decision-making and policy setting
- Manage budgets and lead strategic initiatives
- Travel about 1-3 times per year for company events
Requirements
- At least five years of management experience in a leadership or operations role
- At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience developing affiliate marketing relationships
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented, self-starting mindset for remote work
- Comfortable with software and willing to learn new tools
- Familiar with genealogy research methodologies (preferred)
