About the role
- Leadership responsibility for the teams administering and coordinating the delivery of Human Resources services provided by the HR Answer Center (HRAC), employee relations, and labor relations
- Advance employee and labor relations in service of creating an engaging and inclusive environment that attracts and retains the best talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent applicable experience
- Eight years of diverse and progressively more responsible human resources experience at a senior practitioner or management level, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Proven change leader who has experience engaging others in improvement efforts
- Eight years of experience overseeing employee relations and labor relations matters
- Experience implementing and integrating DEI principles and practices into trainings, programs, and strategic that support the workforce
