About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and agile delivery of talent acquisition services.
- Innovate applicant sourcing through community services, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze job descriptions with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and qualifications.
- Evaluate and interview candidates, leveraging data-driven insights to ensure the best fit for Legacy's needs.
- Enhance organizational appeal by recommending cutting-edge recruitment practices and trends.
- Communicate compensation strategies to maintain internal equity and attract top talent.
- Lead the School Affiliation Program, managing logistics, orientation, and coaching for student internships.
- Navigate and enforce EEO legislation to uphold equal employment opportunities.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional networking to stay ahead of recruitment trends.
- Apply creative, proactive approaches in talent acquisition, utilizing healthcare staffing expertise.
- Participate in transformative HR projects and initiatives, contributing to organizational objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- 5 years of specialized experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferred.
- Proven track record in healthcare recruitment, highly preferred.
- Expertise in Recruitment and Compensation best practices.
