About the role

  • People management (Junior, Pleno (mid-level) lawyers, and trainees);
  • Practice in civil litigation, arbitration, and negotiation of settlements and mediation;
  • Drafting pleadings and court filings;
  • Initial review of all court filings produced by the team they lead;
  • Coordination and review of work carried out in due diligences (limited to civil and consumer matters);
  • Responding to various legal queries related to civil procedure, civil law, corporate law, and consumer law;
  • Drafting settlement agreements to resolve disputes; drafting extrajudicial notices; and client handling.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in civil litigation and arbitration;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Experience in people/team management;
  • Flexibility.
