• Develop, implement and optimize a cross-channel marketplace strategy with a focus on scaling, profitable growth and sustainable performance
• Drive the strategic expansion of the marketplace landscape, including evaluation, onboarding and integration of new marketplaces
• Maintain and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
• Manage assortment, product segmentation, pricing and promotions using data-driven approaches to optimize revenue and margin
• Work closely with advertising, content and supply chain teams as well as external service providers
• Monitor reviews, returns and customer experience to ensure a positive brand perception
