Product Manager

• Define the vision and strategy for the heart of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading), in collaboration with product and engineering leadership
• Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring our equity and cap table management to the next level so that finance and legal teams can trust their equity data is accurate and compliant
• Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets
• Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer-term platform investments
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting
• Contribute to Ledgy's PM best practices, and model high AI fluency, using AI tools to move faster and work smarter across research, documentation, and delivery
• Define and track success metrics for your team's initiatives, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with broader product KPIs
