Help scale foundational parts of our platform
Define the vision and strategy for transactions and effects, equity types, trading
Define, plan, and execute a roadmap for cap table management
Collaborate with design, engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications
Contribute to PM best practices and use AI tools for efficiency
Define and track success metrics for the team's initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise-facing roles
Understand financial systems and compliance frameworks
Have scaled complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc)
Strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems
Experience owning third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity)
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal; fluent in English
