About the role
- Be responsible for the end-to-end sales fulfillment journey including: invoicing, payment, shipment, and delivery
- Create orders in our back-office system
- Act as the key operational point of contact for our Asian distributors, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Ensure good coordination between different departments including accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, and legal
- Manage qualification and onboarding of new resellers
- Co-develop tools and process improvements to build automated workflows, test AI solutions, and contribute to the team's AI integration efforts
- Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented data to enable reporting and AI-readiness
- Report on key activity metrics to ensure data integrity and track performance
Requirements
- Fluency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or similar), as well as English, is required
- Experience living, working, or doing business in the Asia-Pacific region strongly preferred.
- Organized, rigorous, and meticulous with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to own the sales admin process, flag inconsistencies, and suggest solutions
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Agility and adaptability to navigate process changes, automation, and new AI tools
- Previous experience in sales administration is a plus
- French language skills are a plus
