About the role

  • Manage hires and departures, both administratively and through digital processes in our HRIS: entering personal and contractual data into the system, DPAE filings, employment contracts, health insurance enrollment.
  • Maintain employee files and oversee temporary worker follow-up.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations tools (e-signature contract templates in our HRIS, attestations, certificates, etc.) and participate in cross-functional projects (creation of a FR/EN FAQ for employees and managers).
  • Provide HR Operations support to managers and employees.
  • Process French payroll inputs and ensure timely, accurate completion of all payroll cycles.
  • Collect variable elements (transport allowances, health insurance details, employee personal data).
  • Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leave, schedule changes, new hires, and terminations.
  • Monitor contractual changes and their payroll impacts (amendments, promotions, etc.). Create the Variable Payroll Items (VPI) file for import into the DECIDIUM tool (ADP).
  • Follow and anticipate the ADP payroll calendar, especially when parameterization requests are required.
  • Verify and validate pay slips (technical checks).
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to issue the transfer file.
  • Liaise with ADP regarding payroll system upgrades/changes as needed.
  • Manage meal voucher administration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and experience with outsourced payroll processing using ADP Decidium, particularly the ACE functionality.
  • Organized, highly meticulous, and comfortable with various IT tools and Excel (proficient with basic formulas and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs).
  • Recognized for interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, discretion, and proactivity.
  • Professional-level English, both written and spoken, to support our English-speaking employees.
