Social Media Manager

• Develop creative social media strategies for organic businesses (organic stores, organic delivery services, etc.) to acquire customers and strengthen brands
• Create compelling video scripts (hooks, storylines, CTAs) based on the developed strategies
• Coordinate and schedule shoot dates with clients — including briefing, content alignment, and timeline planning
• Communicate with the editing team: handover of footage, feedback loops, and quality assurance of final videos
• Review and approve final videos for use on social media
• Plan, upload, and publish video content on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Business Suite
• Ongoing coordination and support with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email
• Monitor and report on published content in close collaboration with the performance team
• Work closely with the agency founder to continuously optimize campaigns and develop new creative concepts
• Administrative tasks: for example, maintaining our project management system (ClickUp) so everyone always has a clear overview of our clients and current to-dos.
