About the role
- Assist in the implementation of go-to-market strategies for our products and support their continuous optimization
- Support the development of product positioning and value propositions
- Develop and adapt messaging and storytelling for different target audiences
- Contribute to the creation of go-to-market plans aligned with buyer personas, customer journeys, and competitive differentiation
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses
- Maintain and further develop buyer personas and use cases
- Support the sales team on matters related to positioning and pricing
- Support product launches and assist with measures to increase usage and adoption
- Contribute to consistent communication across all channels and departments
- Work closely with Product (R&D), Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Requirements
- Completed degree in a natural science (e.g., Nutritional Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacy) or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2C or D2C environment
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys
- Analytical thinking and the use of market and competitive analyses to inform decision-making
- Drive to successfully position products in the market
- Structured working style, clear prioritization, and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
