About the role

  • Responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our products — from planning and execution to continuous optimization.
  • Develop clear product positioning and value propositions that differentiate and anchor our products in the market.
  • Design and implement messaging and storytelling tailored to target audiences, segments and market phases.
  • Create and manage go-to-market plans based on buyer personas, customer journeys and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor analyses to inform sound marketing and product decisions.
  • Define and refine buyer personas and use cases to ensure a consistent customer focus.
  • Train and enable the sales team on positioning, pricing and product USPs.
  • Own product adoption and usage post-launch in close collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Ensure consistent communication across all channels and departments.
  • Act as the central interface between Product (R&D), Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure aligned market success.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in a natural science (e.g., Nutritional Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacy) or a comparable qualification.
  • You are passionate about micronutrients and natural medicine and know how to effectively integrate these topics into marketing.
  • You have several years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2C or D2C environment.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • You know how to develop clear positioning, strong value propositions and compelling messaging.
  • You bring a strong understanding of target audiences, buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • You think analytically and use market and competitive analyses to make informed decisions.
  • You are committed not only to marketing products but to making them successful in the market.
  • You work in a structured way, prioritize clearly and maintain oversight even in a dynamic environment.
