About the role

  • Responsible for recruiting strategies, employee development and performance management.
  • Attract and retain A-players over the long term through a performance-oriented HR system.
  • Develop career paths for specialists and leadership staff.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, a focus on HR within Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience in an HR role with high performance expectations — ideally in a growth-oriented small or medium-sized enterprise (SME).
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
  • An eye for substantial talent and the ability to analyze, standardize, and automate HR processes.
  • Communicate plainly, make clear decisions, and expect the same from your colleagues.
