About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers
- Manage a designated client base to increase sales, ensure client retention through excellent service, and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow a client base through regular contact via phone, email, and teleconferences
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities and increasing sales within existing accounts
- Keep current Leaseweb customers satisfied by providing exceptional service and resolving issues
- Find and develop incremental business opportunities and generate new leads
- Develop and manage account plans for customer database to maintain and grow sales
- Work with other departments to support sales goals and provide customers with a great overall experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years Sales experience ideally in the IT industry
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral). Preferably, also in Dutch
- Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Great negotiation skills
- High drive to acquire new customers and expand the client base
- Strong qualification skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
