About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers
  • Manage a designated client base to increase sales, ensure client retention through excellent service, and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow a client base through regular contact via phone, email, and teleconferences
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities and increasing sales within existing accounts
  • Keep current Leaseweb customers satisfied by providing exceptional service and resolving issues
  • Find and develop incremental business opportunities and generate new leads
  • Develop and manage account plans for customer database to maintain and grow sales
  • Work with other departments to support sales goals and provide customers with a great overall experience

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Sales experience ideally in the IT industry
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral). Preferably, also in Dutch
  • Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Great negotiation skills
  • High drive to acquire new customers and expand the client base
  • Strong qualification skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
