• Support the development and delivery of recurring member campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with our brand voice.

Operations

• Support vetting, hiring, and onboarding activities for new financial experts, ensuring documentation, setup, and system access are complete and accurate.
• Maintain planner records, contract details, and compliance documentation across relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule onboarding sessions and track progress through the training lifecycle.
• Update and maintain operational tools and trackers to ensure planner information, availability, and scheduling data are accurate and current.
• Partner with the Manager, Planning Operations to identify and resolve workflow gaps or process inefficiencies.
• Help manage day-to-day operations within systems such as Coda, Hubspot and other internal platforms.
• Support the coordination and execution of training activities to ensure a smooth experience for planners and internal partners.

Operations Coordinator

• Develop and refine standards for vetting, hiring, and onboarding new financial experts, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with LearnLux’s fiduciary values.
• Partner cross-functionally to forecast planner capacity needs and support scaling operations globally across new geographies and languages.
• Partner with internal teams to implement and optimize tools and workflows that streamline planner scheduling, communication, documentation, and compliance.
• Manage training and enablement programs in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure onboarding and ongoing education are accurate, engaging, and compliant with LearnLux’s standards for high-quality financial guidance.
• Manage contracts, payments, and invoicing workflows in collaboration with Finance and Legal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Oversee the QA process and partner with analytics teams to review performance data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance planner quality and consistency.
• Track and interpret planner operations data in partnership with cross-functional teams to help demonstrate ROI for clients, connecting operational improvements to measurable member outcomes.
• Develop and document change management processes to roll out new policies, tools, and workflows smoothly across the planner network.
• Build programs that foster planner engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including professional development and feedback loops.

Translator

• Develop a deep understanding of LearnLux’s product and member experience to identify localization needs, streamline workflows, and improve global content quality.
• Lead localization and globalization strategy across LearnLux’s product and marketing channels.
• Provide hands-on support for time-sensitive localization efforts, ensuring LearnLux meets external commitments without compromising quality.

The Role: As a Senior Data Engineer at LearnLux, you’ll shape a data ecosystem that empowers every team to make smarter decisions. This high-impact, cross-functional role is our first Data Engineer hire and will blend engineering with analytics, visualization, and storytelling. You’ll build and own scalable data pipelines, power self-serve dashboards, and guide strategic insights that support everything from Product to Client Success.
Your work will influence both internal operations and product experiences, leveraging machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI to drive personalization and impact for our members. You’ll help define LearnLux’s data strategy, champion best practices, and shape a data-driven culture across the company.
This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Head of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end delivery of data solutions from ingestion to modeling, visualization, and analysis; Build and maintain Airflow DAGs that ingest, transform, and validate data in our Google Cloud-based data lake and warehouse; Evolve our data infrastructure, including Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery environments; Design thoughtful dashboards and reporting tools to surface insights company-wide; Enable self-serve analytics by partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success; Implement scalable data patterns, documentation, and monitoring strategies; Act as subject matter expert on data infrastructure, quality, and governance; Collaborate on experimentation frameworks and A/B testing for actionable product insights; Share knowledge and support teammates through technical discussion and pairing.
Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions; Expertise with Apache Airflow and DAG development; Mastery of SQL and enthusiasm for clean, maintainable data models; Product-minded with a focus on actionable insights and real-world impact; Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with technical and non-technical partners; Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; Passion for mentorship and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.
