Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build backend services and systems that support LearnLux’s enterprise SaaS platform.
• Contribute to the evolution of our platform architecture, including efforts such as multi-tenancy and system scalability, within the scope of your team’s projects.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance, primarily on GCP (with AWS experience welcomed).
• Apply strong engineering fundamentals to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant.
• Work with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Pulumi (preferred) or Terraform to maintain consistent and scalable environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python, contributing hands-on to critical systems.
• Drive engineering efficiency through automation, including the use of AI-driven or agentic systems to improve developer workflows, operations, and internal tooling.
• Support global performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Senior Software Engineer

• Lead the architectural design and incremental execution of LearnLux’s transition from single-tenancy to multi-tenancy in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure for global scale, reliability, and data isolation, primarily on GCP (with AWS experience welcomed).
• Apply a strong security and compliance mindset to system design and operational scale
• Own and improve our infrastructure-as-code approach, using Pulumi (preferred) or Terraform to ensure environments are repeatable, visible, and scalable.
• Connect backend services, infrastructure, and data platforms into a cohesive, well-documented system architecture.
• Partner closely with engineers, product, and data to translate strategic architectural goals into a prioritized and executable roadmap.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python, contributing hands-on to critical systems.
• Collaborate with data workflows and platforms, including BigQuery and Airflow, ensuring backend systems scale alongside a growing data platform and data lake.
• Drive engineering efficiency through automation, including the use of AI-driven or agentic systems to improve developer workflows, operations, and internal tooling.
• Mentor and support other engineers, enabling them to ramp quickly and contribute meaningfully.
• Uphold global performance, reliability, and operational excellence, leading by example.
• Foster clear communication and thoughtful decision-making across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure domains.

Staff Software Engineer – Architecture, Cloud Scale

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat and email to give guidance on topics like budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more
• Advise on and adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant in United Arab Emirates
• Participate in regular team meetings to bring your subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience
• Become an expert on our client’s benefit plans so you can act as an extension of their team during open enrollment
• Work with with our content team to create outlines, review lessons and approve content created for the LearnLux digital platform
• Lead engagement campaigns for our employer partners like digital webinars and occasional on-site events
