About the role
- In this exciting career opportunity, you’ll report to the Head of Learning, working full-time and remotely from home.
- As a Learning Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing learning development projects, including both the creation of new content and the maintenance of existing materials.
- You will coordinate with key stakeholders, manage collaborators, and ensure project processes are followed to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- A critical part of your role will be identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the successful delivery of projects.
- You will be part of a creative and agile team, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences for adult learners worldwide.
- Leading and coordinating projects in Language, Intercultural, and Interpersonal Skills, creating clear project plans, milestones, and timelines aligned with the Project Life Cycle.
- Managing stakeholders and collaborators, ensuring alignment on scope, responsibilities, and workload, while providing guidance with emotional intelligence.
- Overseeing project execution and quality, ensuring content meets standards, documentation is maintained, and progress is tracked using tools like ClickUp or Excel.
- Identifying and mitigating risks, adjusting project scope, schedule, or budget as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Driving process improvements and team efficiency, conducting weekly stand-ups, consulting with specialists, and collaborating with Learning Business Analysts to anticipate issues.
- Managing budgets and reporting, monitoring expenses, coordinating external collaborator payments, forecasting future needs, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, including planning, forecasting, and budget management.
- 1+ year of experience managing stakeholders and external resources, such as authors, trainers, or developers.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and product development processes (ideally in EdTech or related sectors).
- Experience with Agile-driven project management methodologies and ability to apply best practices to ensure successful delivery.
- Highly collaborative and empathetic, able to motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- Fluency in English, self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects with strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
