• Executing and optimizing digital marketing activities, aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and across channels.
• Managing updates for six corporate websites (1 English + 5 international).
• Collaborating with the Head of Product Marketing and other marketing teams to maintain brand consistency, effective landing page design, on-page SEO, and analytics tracking.
• Planning, launching, and optimizing paid social, SEO, SEM, display, and retargeting campaigns.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Customer Success Manager

• Develop a strong relationship with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the program. Lead the implementation of programs, including client onboarding, product training, and webinars.
• Ensure all key client data is tracked in systems and manage learner performance through key metrics in Dynamics. Agree with clients on reporting needs, communication plans, objectives, and program requirements.

• Collaborating with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partnerships teams, you will:
• - Develop strong connections with marketing and sales contacts at channel partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• - Introduce new partners to the company’s value proposition, messaging, and marketing resources to accelerate engagement and alignment.
• - Co-create and deliver awareness and lead generation initiatives, such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns, in collaboration with partners in target markets.
