About the role
- Handle customer support across chat, email, phone, and meetings.
- Solve challenges quickly and ensure clear communication with customers.
- Guide customers on how to use the platform effectively.
- Act as a product solution advisor across the customer journey.
- Report technical cases to Product and Development.
- Maintain and improve our Help Center and AI chatbot.
Requirements
- You take ownership of customer cases and follow them through.
- You are a strong communicator and listen to understand not to answer.
- You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- You are curious about AI and how it can improve support.
- You collaborate easily across teams.
- You are fluent in Danish and English (additional Nordic language is a plus).
- You have experience with customer support and/or tools like Intercom or Zendesk.
- A relevant education within Communication, Business, IT, or similar is great - but even more important is your ability to learn quickly and feel comfortable working with digital tools.
