About the role
- Own the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery to successful close
- Partner with HR and L&D leaders to understand their challenges and show how Learningbank can deliver real results
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create meaningful partnerships with customers
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract close
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably HR tech, LMS, or workplace tech)
- Proven consultative sales methodology — uncovering needs before prescribing solutions
- Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate organizations and identify key decision-makers
- Bilingual fluency: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian + English
