About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery to successful close
  • Partner with HR and L&D leaders to understand their challenges and show how Learningbank can deliver real results
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create meaningful partnerships with customers
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract close

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably HR tech, LMS, or workplace tech)
  • Proven consultative sales methodology — uncovering needs before prescribing solutions
  • Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate organizations and identify key decision-makers
  • Bilingual fluency: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian + English
