About the role
- Drafting, negotiating and closing complex (buyer and vendor) commercial agreements, including Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Content Licensing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements and Partner Agreements.
- Different risk profiles of our various businesses require a good business understanding and solid judgement.
Requirements
- Solid expertise and knowledge in the enterprise software space and related legal frameworks and risks
- A good understanding of global privacy laws is an advantage
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience in cross-border commercial contracting
- Experience in using AI drafting tools
