About the role
- Manage new hire communications including offer confirmations and onboarding schedules
- Oversee onboarding tasks and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Process HR-related invoices
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR Help Desk
- Conduct regular Employee Pulse Check-ins and support logistics for HR cultural events
- Troubleshoot user issues with HR software tools and ensure systems run smoothly
- Assist HR leadership with strategies for employee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, with exposure to HRIS systems and onboarding processes preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP or similar platforms
- A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic and growing organization
- Exceptional attention to detail
