About the role

  • Manage new hire communications including offer confirmations and onboarding schedules
  • Oversee onboarding tasks and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Process HR-related invoices
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR Help Desk
  • Conduct regular Employee Pulse Check-ins and support logistics for HR cultural events
  • Troubleshoot user issues with HR software tools and ensure systems run smoothly
  • Assist HR leadership with strategies for employee engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, with exposure to HRIS systems and onboarding processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP or similar platforms
  • A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic and growing organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail
