About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of benchmark assessment cycles across partner districts
  • Coordinate assessment schedules, administration processes, and readiness activities with district stakeholders
  • Monitor assessment windows and ensure operational milestones are completed on schedule
  • Provide training sessions and webinars for district test coordinators
  • Respond to district questions related to assessment setup, administration, and reporting
  • Serve as a primary operational contact for district test coordinators and school leaders during benchmark administrations
  • Manage the planning and execution of benchmark assessment service cycles, ensuring key milestones are completed on schedule
  • Communicate progress, risks, and operational needs to the Senior Director of Customer Success and Benchmark Services and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, internal resources, and best practices for benchmark services
  • Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies that strengthen team coordination and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with school districts in a customer-facing role
  • Project and timeline management
  • Attention to detail and process management
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to incorporate educator and district needs into decisions and deliverables
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and annual cycles of firm testing deadlines simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt to interruptions and shifting priorities to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change, and support new strategies that drive program growth and improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience with Google Workspace
