About the role
- Support the planning and execution of benchmark assessment cycles across partner districts
- Coordinate assessment schedules, administration processes, and readiness activities with district stakeholders
- Monitor assessment windows and ensure operational milestones are completed on schedule
- Provide training sessions and webinars for district test coordinators
- Respond to district questions related to assessment setup, administration, and reporting
- Serve as a primary operational contact for district test coordinators and school leaders during benchmark administrations
- Manage the planning and execution of benchmark assessment service cycles, ensuring key milestones are completed on schedule
- Communicate progress, risks, and operational needs to the Senior Director of Customer Success and Benchmark Services and relevant internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, internal resources, and best practices for benchmark services
- Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies that strengthen team coordination and enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with school districts in a customer-facing role
- Project and timeline management
- Attention to detail and process management
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to incorporate educator and district needs into decisions and deliverables
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and annual cycles of firm testing deadlines simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt to interruptions and shifting priorities to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to adapt and embrace change, and support new strategies that drive program growth and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Significant experience with Google Workspace
