Product Manager

• Execute product roadmap and agile development – Work with your manager and engineering to plan and execute 2-week sprints in Jira, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on district partner needs and curriculum requirements.
• Build strong relationships with district partners – Conduct discovery sessions and gather feedback from districts, including curriculum directors, instructional coaches, and teachers, to understand their curriculum implementation needs and iterate on Curriculum Sync features.
• Ship curriculum integration features iteratively – Launch and refine capabilities that enable districts to load high-quality OER curricula into their LMS platforms, including teacher-facing resources, student-facing content, assessment integrations, and customization options.
• Support Google Classroom expansion – Partner with engineering and design to prototype and launch IM360 implementation on Google Classroom, including teacher resource organization, student content delivery, and ASSISTments assessment integration.
• Partner with engineering on technical solutions - Help identify content schemas, and LMS integration requirements; contribute to architecture discussions around curriculum data models, platform APIs (Canvas LTI, Google Classroom), file processing pipelines, and third-party integrations like ASSISTments.

Product Manager, Curriculum Sync

Full-stack Engineer

• Create new CDC pipelines to support the launch of new products.
• Collaborate with the infra team on improving the monitoring and scalability of the CDC pipelines.
• Triage and investigate Debezium or Kafka issues in collaboration with the infra team.

Product Designer

• Own end-to-end web design and digital experiences (visual design, responsive layouts, design system evolution) and collaborating with engineering to ensure timely execution and launch.
• Develop and execute strategic brand campaigns for major product launches, partnerships enablement, and events—translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives for educators, developers, and district leaders.
• Design high-stakes creative materials including “sales” presentations, partnership collateral, and conference presence (ASU GSV, developer summits) that establish Learning Commons as a credible player in EdTech and AI.
• Conduct a comprehensive brand audit, assessing how the brand is performing after one year in market, gathering stakeholder feedback, and developing a refinement strategy for brand evolution and rollout based on real-world learnings and evolving market trends.
• Build scalable brand systems and toolkits—including audience-specific visual languages (developer vs. educator), self-service templates for GTM/Comms teams, and design governance—that enable our organization to grow without creative bottlenecks.

• Develop and maintain relationships with education, philanthropic, and technology journalists; source, craft, and pitch stories related to our work; track and respond to media inquiries, update media lists, and assist with media monitoring
• Write and edit compelling content, including press releases, blogs, newsletters, web content, social media posts, talking points, and FAQs
• Maintain communications calendar and create content for internal newsletters, events, and announcements
• Prepare briefing memos, assess and track speaking engagement requests, and manage the logistics for press calls, workshops, webinars, convenings, and conferences
• Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams, and external partners to develop and execute communication strategies that increase understanding of our impact among key audiences
